Built in 1815 and recently restored, The Portland is a 8 bedroom and 5 bathroom home ready to book in its entirety. Only minutes away from the amazing restaurants and shopping of Picton. This newly restored and immaculately designed property is the perfect place for your group! Guests have access to the entire home and full use of all amenities including the beautifully redesigned chef's kitchen, lounge areas and pool table. After all the fun, retreat to one of 8 private bedrooms or go outside and take advantage of the large backyard and deck with BBQ. Located across from the Glenora Ferry this property sits on 25 acres and offers the most amazing sunset views of Picton Bay. STA License # ST-2022-0030

A damage deposit hold of $1,000 will be placed on your credit card within 72 hours before check-in.
This hold will be released within 7 business days after a post check-out inspection confirms no damage to the property.

Reservations can be canceled for a full refund up to 30 days before check-in.

Reservations canceled between 30 and 14 days before check-in will forfeit the 50% deposit.

Reservations canceled within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable.

All cancellations made more than 14 days after booking are subject to an administration fee of 4% of the total deposit.
