A new 2024 house , built and catered by an attentive and hospitable host in a serene and secure neighborhood enriched by natural. This neighborhood has easy access to basic amenities- 3km to malls, restaurants, grocery shops and university. Less than 18
Mins to the hospital, surrounded by hiking trails. This property has a dedicated parking lot, wifi, private entrance, 2 queen bed and spacious living room. Laundry and kitchen. Please it is a basement suite Sometimes noise from my kids

It’s is share house . A 2 bedroom basement with kitchen and living room. With it own entrance. So we share heating system . No AC . We can provide fan or heater on request.

Pls for those coming with Pet . pets are not allowed on the bed or chairs. It will attract extra billing. Enjoy ur stay . Also RV is allowed but with extra pay for 50 dollars per day for hydro . I hve kids sometimes noise come from upstairs. Thanks.
