Great except for noise.

everything was great until we were getting the grandkids ready for bed around 830 pm, it was a full booked weekend for the hotel, unfortunately there were kidds running in the halls till after midnight and doors slamming closed on our floor quite steadily allnight, around 930pm it was every two or three minutes for about half hour. We could hear the guests in the room above us running around in the room. If your looking for a quiet stay, it may not be for you, otherwise great room and clean. Grandkids loved the pool and slide.

The hotel is fantastic, the staff, the comfort, the waterslide, everything is amazing. The only downfall of this hotel is that it’s on a weird corner of the highway and back and forth driving to activities or shopping is not ideal and also is definitely not somewhere I would want me kids or teens walking to/from the activities/shopping.

All staff were courteous and friendly. However there were stains on the wall between the beds (I have picture), and the bathroom did not seem spic and span, and it was super noisy- I don’t know if we were near a stairwell but there were the sounds of people going up and downstairs or some sort of thumping and it went on for several hours – well after 11 PM. The walls are also very thin, as there was somebody snoring on the other side of the wall, and it was very loud. No one slept well. I also chose the room that I did because it had a fireplace in it, however, the fireplace was not working. I phoned the front desk and they sent someone from housekeeping up, who was very courteous, however, they would not touch the fireplace. So it did not get fixed.They had no restaurant, but there was a café where we were able to have breakfast, and I will say that the people at the café were very kind and helpful.

Average overall, the shower in our room was faulty and couldn’t be moved to another room because we didn’t notice it immediately and had already stayed couple hrs. Room service offered 3 bottled water and if you needed more you had to buy from the vending machine.
