The front counter staff was friendly and the TV was good. The parking lot is terrible, the celling is falling down with debris taking up parking spots. The room had someone else's hair in the bathroom but the bed was comfortable. The coffee machine in the bedroom was dirty and there was no regular coffee pods, only decaf. The shower door was broken and half was missing, replace with a curtain.

My stay was mostly excellent, the room and area were quite clean and had great amenities. The food quality wasn't great, more a quick grab breakfast menu but we're still good. The parking lot was fairly tightly packed and didn't have much room for parking which was not a deal breaker for me but should be noted for others. Quite happy with my stay and would stay at the Best Western again.
