On the evening of May 3rd we needed to change rooms because of noise from an ac compressor. The front desk attendant was very helpful and accommodating. She should be commended for her excellent customer service.

Pretty basic but a deal for a trip to NYC. Took NJT in from Hamilton station. Returned after our event in NYC. Saved a couple hundred dollars over a hotel in NYC and the cost of Amtrak from Wilmington DE.

Staff were lovely. Property was spartan and shabby - worn furniture, really cheap TP and tissue, lumpy mattress. Bar was closed, breakfast was mediocre. Not what i expected from a Hilton.
