I stayed one night. 12/13 - 12/14 Although the hotel looked clean, I woke up in the morning and found a roach near my luggage. This is unacceptable. I packed up and left immediately. When I left, I notified the front desk and they seemed unbothered by it, as though this is normal. Extremely dissatisfied with this hotel.

You took payment from my account before we even arrived! Even though it clearly said pay at property!! Then when we arrived and said it was gonna be put on our business account which you then deducted.
