We had a wonderful stay for New Year’s week. There were some people staying there who were hogging the waffles while families with children had to wait. Beverly at the front desk was lovely and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Starting from the beginning. The walkways hadnt been shoveled and were a sheet of ice. Once in the room you could hear every step the people above you are taking, there was very little kitchenware, insects in the bathroom, nither of the tv remotes worked, room was not super clean and i got an eye infection while staying there

Hotel was very modern and clean. Our suite was very spacious with separate living area, big screen TV, pull out couch and full kitchen with dinner ware. However, beds and bedding were not comfortable, and shower was very cold. Also, no housekeeping on weekends unless you request. Breakfast was adequate and check in and out was fast.

We had a really late check in after multiple delays in the city. The receptionist, Milton was extremely accommodating, offering us water, a late check out & ensuring all of our needs were met prior to sending us off to our room. It was the most comfortable bed i’ve ever slept in!! The establishment was so superior that I inquired about returning for a future visit.

THE GYM IS NOT GOOD. Very small! The property is so big and the gym is the smallest gym we ever saw in the entire USA!!! Health and exercise matters! Please do something about it. One of the reasons people go to nice places to sleep is because they ge a good gym to start the day the right way!!

We booked two rooms. The heat in our first room did not work, and we spent a very cold night. They could not fix the issue the next day, and we had to switch to a different room. The second room we had booked had an awful "fishy" smell to it. At breakfast, we asked a staff person who was managing the breakfast what type of meat was the sausage as it was unlabeled. She mistakenly told us it was beef, and my kids at some of it before someone else correctly identified it as pork which is against our religion. In general, the breakfasts should have non-pork meat options and clearly label what the meat is to avoid such errors. Our rooms ran out of toilet paper, and we had to go downstairs multiple times to get a roll as one of the rooms only had a half roll left in it. I do not recall staying at a hotel which didn't have extra rolls of toilet paper in the room - particularly a suite meant for 6 people. The staff was friendly and polite, but the hotel needs some serious attention.
