We like the style of the hotel with its kitchenette and sofa however the hotel needs a face lift in places. Repairs done to the room look like a child had done them. There were stains on the sofa as well. Breakfast, although it had a variety, had hot items that were like rubber. French toast was over heated so chewy and sausage patties were like leather. This property could be an excellent property with a few changes. On the whole a decent place to stay. Desk staff could be more visible.

Staff was friendly! Property could use a facelift.. hall rugs were wrinkled someone could trip. Room was decent. Housekeeping staff personnel didn’t knock just opened door fortunately we had the extra security lock on so she couldn’t come in. We forgot to put the do not disturb out but housekeeping should always knock first. It was before 9am and check out is 11am.

Room wasnt spotless, housekeeping needs to check for articles under the beds, that shows they are not doing there jobs acurately.. Other than that staff was great check in was smooth, everything else went well. Also was not enough linens for a 2 bedroom suite.
