One car parking pass only $500 fee for smoking inside If unregistered guests noted you will be asked to leave and no refund will be issued.
No shoes in the unit please. Red dirt impossible to remove from carpet/bedding/towels. If needed please rinse off with hose on the lanai.

We had a wonderful experience at Alicja’s place in Princeville! The unit is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It is stocked with everything you could need for a stay that feels like home. The unit is walkable to Princeville Center for shopping, eating, and even a Mai Tai at the tiki bar! We loved the location as a home base for exploring the island. Alicia was always available and responsive, and even assisted us in recovering items we left behind. We highly recommend this unit and would not hesitate to book it again.

Super host, super place.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! Everything was seamless from start to finish. The hosts were outstanding—responsive, friendly, and genuinely invested in making sure we had the best experience possible. They didn’t hesitate to offer great local recommendations and were always available for any questions we had.The home itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped—clearly maintained with care and attention to detail. It made for a truly relaxing and accomplished getaway. We couldn't have asked for more and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-tier stay.
