Sophisticated renovations elevate all bedrooms and baths to create a pristine and inviting environment, in addition to new furniture throughout. From the two expansive lanais to the provided beach gear, this home is sure to make your next Kauai getaway one to remember.

This two-story home sits on a large corner lot near the heart of Princeville, a position that gives it panoramic views of the surrounding neighborhood and mountains. Enjoy Cornhole on the expansive front lawn and the lovely outdoor shower among the palm trees for rinsing off after the beach. Within a mile of your door, you'll find world-class golf, beaches, tennis, a shopping center, several restaurants, and Emmalani Park. Enjoy the expansive garage with a Ping pong table and room to hang out after your beach day, and keep your beverages cold in the full extra refrigerator. You'll even have two bikes to help you get around with ease, as well as boogie boards, beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, coolers, and a small Weber grill for your beach days.

Each morning begins outdoors, sipping coffee and enjoying an alfresco breakfast on one of the two lanais that wrap around the house. You could easily spend the entire day here - watching your kids play on the lawn, reading in the afternoon breeze, and admiring one of the North Shore's famous sunsets over Bali Hai. The property has orange and banana trees for your use. Pick your own fruit and squeeze fresh juice during your stay. If a night on the town is in mind, there is a robust shopping center with shops, dining, and entertainment a short walk away.

Inside, the house feels open and spacious, with large rooms, plentiful windows, and an airy floor plan that brings the main living areas upstairs. Cook and dine with a commanding view in a well-equipped kitchen and dining space, and linger after dinner to watch movies on streaming and cable in the living room. All three bedrooms are downstairs, each with its own walk-in closet and full bathroom with a shower. A washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi are on hand as well. The large garage has been updated to include a new seating area for hanging out after the beach, playing ping pong, and has lots of room for beach gear. We also provide yoga mats, light weights and work out area along with 4 bikes for your use around Princeville

We stayed at this property in the middle of July. We had five adults ranging from 35-81 and a 10 year-old. Overall, the property fit our needs, but I will leave a more elaborate pros and cons list for future renters. Cons: The temperature was hot and it was often times uncomfortable because of lack of airflow, no air conditioning. Even though the temperatures in Hawaii are moderate the house was mostly uncomfortable during the day and until about 12 PM at night when it actually cooled off long enough to need a sheet to cover ourselves while sleeping. The house provided to portable fans, but that was not sufficient to create airflow in the bedrooms as well as the upstairs.The property also marketed having bikes and beach supplies. Only two of the five bikes at the property were rideable. There were two umbrellas, five chairs, 3 noodles and 2 boogie boards. For one of the umbrellas was not functional, and the other was better, but still had malfunctions that made it not usable on windy days four of the chairs worked, and neither of the boogie boards were sufficient for boogie boarding. The best one felt like laying on sandpaper due to its age and erosion. Pros: The kitchen and appliances (the dishwasher shorted out a few times) were all great! It was very easy to cook and store plenty of food for nine days.All the beds were comfortable, and the shower experiences were amazing. The spaciousness throughout the house was great for our party as well.Location 100%

Best rental I’ve ever stayed in. Beautiful home inside and out. The extras for the beach were great. Everything was so well stocked that I felt like I was home instead of in a rental. Highly recommend!

Hawaii vacation

Nice clean house with nice view of Napali mountains in distance, comfortable beds, a bit warm at night as no A/C, good kitchen Recommend either replacing or maintenance on one of the bikes (flat tire), very loose front wheel hub. Submitted a work order ticket to Vacasa at start of vacation for this. Recommend larger caliber food grater for kitchen and a waffle maker.
