good location and the hosts are very customer focused.

The location and amenities were wonderful. However, when we checked in around 6 or 7 PM, the place wasn't cleaned. The bed was unmade, the bathroom was messy, and the bathtub was backed up. I contacted the hosts, who promptly fixed the issues within an hour. While it was inconvenient because we were tired, the cleaning crew arrived quickly, and by the time we returned from dinner about 2 hours later the place was perfect. The hosts handled it well, and I would rebook with them again. Thank you for the quick fix.

Lovely little condo on the top floor, easily cooled with open windows and fans. Groundskeeper and maintenance impeccable, not a cockroach or ant invasion in sight. Quiet neighborhood, though the nenes and albatross compete with chickens!

Quiet place to stay in garden setting

We have stayed in Princeville many times plus other locations on Kauai. Compared to other condos that we have stayed in, this is one the best. Some people have commented about the heat, but it is a fact in Kauai that it gets warm and most places do not have air conditioning. We kept the ceiling fan off in the bedroom during the day so that the heat stayed high and wasn’t pulled down. There were plenty of fans provided and pulling air in through the bathroom window kept the condo cool. It can depend some on the trade winds also. Other than a few tiles around the shower, this was the best maintained condo that we have been in. The kitchen was well equipped. We had the opportunity to meet the owners during our stay and they are quick to answer any questions you may have. There was a different feel here because not every condo in the complex was a rental with a constant parade of people moving in and out.

The condo is in a beautiful location with everything you need to make it a home away. We traveled all over the island and found the beaches on the north side to be our favorites. Lots of things to do and see locally also.

Great location, good value

This comfortable upstairs condo worked well for 2 adults & has a GREAT central location, 20-25 mins from most north island beaches, 10-12 mins to Hanalei town shopping & restaurants and 2-3 mins from grocery & restaurants in Princeville. Although maybe a bit older than other condos, it’s in reasonable condition & seems like a good value. Note we stayed in mid-April 2024. Bed was comfortable. LOTS of closet & drawer space incl. hangers! The 5 ft bamboo sofa is not a pull-out. May be good for a kid but not a third adult. It has no A/C but (in April) we never needed it. 2 standup & 1 floor fan, along with evening breezes was MORE than adequate. Large bathroom with shower/tub had good water pressure & quick hot water. Washer/dryer combo worked well and was super appreciated. Kitchen was well equipped with every appliance, cookware and utensil you likely have in your own home, including many spices & condiments. Kitchen layout is a bit wonky (pillar in middle of the aisle) but didn’t cause problems. We also appreciated the LOTS of TV viewing options including online’s as well as cable. Zero parking problems (and it was free!). Also, no hidden extra charges for resort fees, etc. Pool on property was adequate but unheated, so a bit brisk in April. Condo included some extras we didn’t expect: beach coolers, umbrella, chairs, snorkel gear and fins, water shoes, large beach towels, etc. No bug problems. In fact, pest control service made scheduled visit during our stay

Quiet and beautiful

We enjoyed our 15 day stay at Doug and Cheryll's condo. The condo was clean, well stocked with many items, is very quiet and right on the golf course, pure paradise. Parking lot was never full so there was alway spaces available. Doug and Cheryll were very prompt in responding to any questions we had. This is a beautiful location with friendly people.
