Villa 40 is nice; however, it needs some repairs. The downstairs shower drain has a constant bad smell. The left sink drain is clogged for this bathroom and a smoke detector is missing from the downstairs Master Bedroom. My family and I were annoyed by the large kayak in the garage. It was difficult to get in and out of our car because the kayak limited the car door opening. We could not even use the kayak because a sign was posted saying don't use it. Asside from those issues, my family of four enjoyed relaxing here in-between our outings. We did sleep well.
