Good position. Staff friendly and helpful.

Pros: The staff, the location, the buffet breakfast, the large hot shower.
Cons: Better bed, better bedding, clean windows, fix the leak and smell in the bathroom.
Location: You can walk into town and see the cathedral, the statue of Bill Clinton, the NEWBORN sculpture, the library and sit and drink coffee.
The hotel needs some TLC and upgrading. In my room: the windows needed cleaning. There was a bad smell in the bathroom. The door locking mechanism on the inside didn't work. There was a leak behind the toilet. Slippers provided were probably a few years old, not disposable. The bedding was OK only just. No hot water at the sink but a huge shower with plenty of hot water. On the main road but quiet enough at night time. The bed base was not stable. Poor lighting in the dining room. Breakfast buffet very good but no hot food. Artificial flowers on the table were old and dirty.

The location is amazing and the staff is nice. Parking is next to it so perfect if you go by car

Not my first choice

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Swap the receptionist with a hot chick
Location: Nothing. Prishtina seems to be a complete dump.
Overall, I would say mediocre but certainly not worth all of the stars. The reception was quite "keck-schwulett".
