Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but what truly made the experience stand out was the incredible friendliness of the reception staff. From the moment I arrived, they were warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful with anything I needed. Their positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile made me feel at home right away. It’s rare to come across such consistently kind and professional service. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pristina—I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is located close to the center, the breakfast was enough to fill your stomach. The air conditioning and WiFi were working well. But there was nothing in the room. There were no slippers, drinking water, tea, cups, laundry bags, nothing. There was only 1 water glass and a kettle. Even though I used that glass, it was not changed when it was room cleaned. It was very mediocre for a 4-star hotel.
