Excellent location close to shops and major landmarks in Pristina. Very accessible and walkable. The front desk reception is very welcoming and accomodating. The room was clean and spacious. The room also had a stove, cookingware, water heater. Overall I would highly recommend. I will stay here again when I come back to Pristina!

The nest place we've stayed this trip. Out of 8 hotels, 7 different countries this is the best ever. The front desk Altina is awesome. She always made us coffee and always helping us out even to carry our luggages in our room. The manager as well. They are always therr standing by to help. The rooms are brand new too!

Öncelikle otelin kapısının kilitli olması resepsiyonda bekleyen olmasına rağmen çok garipti. İkram ettiği kahve güzeldi. Resepsiyonda duran kişinin tavrı hiç hoş değildi. Tuttuğumuz odadan ayrı başka bir oda göstermeye giderkende beni ve arkadaşımı rahatsız edecek şekilde gözlemledi. İkinci göstermiş olduğu oda inşaatı bitmemiş bir apartmandi. Tuttuğumuz odada ve banyoda garip bir koku vardı. Banyoda duş alınan yerde ve çocuk odasinda örümcek ağlarının olmasida çok kötüydü. Çocuk odasının tavanından su almış olmasida küf oluşumuna kapı açmış. İçerdeki kanepede kötü bir koku vardı. Yatak çarşaflarinda kıl yumaklari vardı. Kısacası bir an önce yarın olsunda gidelim dedik.
