The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Take out the trash
Turn off the lights
Please gather all trash (don’t forget the outside barrel) and haul it up the hill to the barrels there as you leave.
Please do not strip beds. It is much easier for me to check for stains or worn areas when they are still spread out on the bed. Please gather all used towels and pile them on the laundry room floor.
Please return any moved items to their original spot.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

What an absolute perfect place in the middle of no where!!! Clean, spacious, and decorated too cute. Owners communicated well and checked in and out were super easy. House was located by a pond and the sunset was beautiful! A GREAT location to get away from the world and enjoy a peaceful get away. Will definitely be back!

A great place to get away (but have everything you need!)

This property was great for our crew of 6 adults, a toddler, and a baby, but would also be fantastic for larger groups! No matter the size of your group, there is plenty to spread out and not feel like you're all on top of each other! Everything you could need is there, which makes for a laid back trip!

Even better than expected! Very clean and well stocked. The older grandsons (age 9 and 6) had an absolute blast playing ping-pong and playing the piano. Took a nice long walk around the pond and had a fire in the fire pit. It is really out in the middle of nowhere so bringing food and cooking is a must. We thought the squeaky beds would be uncomfortable, but we all slept exceptionally well. No complaints! Will stay again! Host was wonderful, quick to reply to texts.

I promise you no one had regrets staying here. Very beautiful open layout, so much room for a huge family to come stay. Fishing, campfire and lots of room to play outside activities. The property owner was very easy to communicate with especially at check out. We loved this place.

Tucked away among the gently rolling hills of north-central Missouri, this beautiful property was perfect for our family get together.
