Villa Aurea is a brand-new, exclusive villa built in 2025, located in a perfect spot in Privlaka, literally right on the seafront, just 10 meters from the crystal-clear Adriatic Sea. This spacious and modern villa is ideal for a family vacation, a relaxing getaway with friends, or a romantic escape, offering complete privacy, comfort, and breathtaking sea views from almost every room.
The villa covers 544 m² of living space with a landscaped garden of 169 m². It features four spacious bedrooms, each with a king-size bed (180x200 cm), a private bathroom with a shower, air conditioning, and a Smart TV. All bedrooms offer spectacular sea views, while the two bedrooms on the third floor also include walk-in closets and private terraces. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor along with a game room, while the first floor hosts a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with an additional sofa bed, and a beautiful terrace perfect for enjoying meals and sunsets.
All rooms, including the living room, have underfloor heating, making the villa suitable for stays even outside the summer season. You can enjoy a private pool (26 m²), an outdoor shower, and a gas barbecue. Three private parking spaces are available on the property.
Villa Aurea is situated in a peaceful part of Privlaka, ideal for seaside walks, cycling, or simply enjoying the scent of the sea and pine trees. Nearby, you'll find many sandy and pebble beaches, while nature lovers can explore national parks such as Paklenica, Krka, and Kornati. For those interested in culture and history, the historic towns of Nin and Zadar are just a short drive away, offering rich heritage, museums, churches, excellent restaurants, and a lively evening atmosphere.
Pets are welcome upon request, with an additional fee – small dogs €20 per day, large dogs €35 per day. Younger groups are also possible upon request only.
