Semi-detached house adjoining two other 'Gîtes de France' rentals. Ground floor: Living room with kitchenette. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms: 2 single beds (90cm), 1 double bed (140cm), 1 child's bed. Shower room. Toilet. Electric heating. Shared laundry room for the 3 gîtes with a washing machine (extra charge). Enclosed courtyard with no overlooking from the other 2 rentals. Table tennis table shared by the 3 gîtes. The price does not include: towels, bed linen, end-of-stay cleaning, electricity beyond 8 kWh/day: €0.12/kWh extra. The gîte is located 6 kilometers north of Sarlat, in a rural village (semi-detached and not overlooked) with a bar-restaurant, butcher, bakery, municipal tennis courts, hiking trails nearby, and a large surrounding area for outdoor games. Ideally located between the Dordogne and Vézère valleys (Lascaux caves) and the Lot department, near the medieval town of Sarlat, a town of art, history, and gastronomy, you can relax in peace and quiet.
