Der Vermieter: Es bestand vorab die Möglichkeit Kontakt aufzunehmen um Check-In-Zeiten und Fragen zum Haus zu stellen. Vor Ort durch eine KI-generierte Spracherkennung auf dem Handy des Vermietetes sämtliche Fragen geklärt. Sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. TOP. Das Haus: Es ist sehr geräumig und besteht aus einem Haupthaus und einem modernen Anbau, welcher (momentan) nicht zur Verfügung stand. Es gibt zwei Küchen, zwei Badezimmer und funktionelle (Schlaf-)Zimmer. Eine Klimaanlage für das gesamte Haus ist bei Temperaturen über 30 Grad Celsius etwa wenig, aber die Sonnenabdeckungen an den Fenstern helfen die Hitze aus dem Haus fernzuhalten. Mehrere Sitz-Möglichkeiten für gemeinsame Abende. Die Garage wurde zu einem Spieleraum umfunktioniert mit Tischtennis, Kicker und Darts. Der Pool ist etwa 9mx5m und auf allen Höhen etwa 1,5m tief. Regelmäßige Pflege durch den Vermieter. Liegen in gutem Zustand. Langes Poolsieb für Blätter, Insekten etc. im Pool vorhanden. Die Lage: Wir haben bewusst eine Lage gewählt abseits des Massentourismus. Es handelt sich um einen Kleinort mit mehreren kleinen Supermärkten zum Einkaufen, teilweise fussläufig erreichbar. Für große Einkäufe empfiehlt sich dies benachbarte Stadt Imotski. Ein Auto ist erforderlich, wenn man in etwa 30 Minuten zum Strand möchte. Die Menschen vor Ort sind freundlich, wir haben an Feiern vor Ort teilgenommen wie Vinyl-Festival in benachbartem Ort und Feierlichkeiten zum Tag des Sieges.
