Bien situé et fonctionnel

L'appartement se situe dans une résidence, en RDC avec une magnifique vue sur Propriano. Il comporte tout le nécessaire pour un sejour agréable. En revanche, après un accueil rapide, nous avons malheureusement constaté que l'appartement était très sale.

Un appartement bien conçu dans une résidence très agréable

Nous avons passé un séjour extrêmement agréable dans ce f3 avec grande terrasse et jardin avec vue donnant sur la mer. Les propriétaires sont très agréables. L accueil fût chaleureux. Nous recommandons vivement !!!

Nous avons passé d’excellentes 1 ères vacances en Corse.

Appartement agréable et bien situé. Magnifique vue sur le golfe du Valinco, nous avons pris tous nos repas sur la terrasse. La cuisine est suffisamment équipée en terme de vaisselle, petits et gros électroménagers. Egalement le nombre de chaises et transat très appréciable. Les draps ne sont pas fournis (à prendre en compte si vous venez en avion pour les bagages) Nous ne nous sommes pas garés sur la place de parking allouée à l'appartement, il y a un différent avec un autre propriétaire à priori... Comme nous ne sommes pas venus pour nous disputer, nous nous sommes toujours garés sur une autre place non loin de là (indiquée par la personne qui nous a fait l'état des lieux) et c'était parfait. La propriétaire est très sympa, elle répond rapidement à toutes questions éventuelles. Points négatifs : Les oreillers ont besoin d'être changés. L'insonorisation, avec l'appartement du dessus... J'ai souvent été réveillée par les bruits.. Des personnes pourtant discrètes, mais ayant un sommeil léger, j'ai entendu le moindre bruit de chasse d'eau, de couverts, de conversation matinale sur leur terrasse... Le manque d'intimité avec le voisin d'à côté, le jardin surplombe la terrasse de l'appartement. C'est la 1 ère fois aussi que nous louons un appartement, la prochaine fois nous nous éloignerons un peu de Propriano, et prendrons plutôt une maison.

Location sympa à Propriano

Beaucoup de points positifs pour cette location : emplacement, parking voiture à 2-3 mètres de la porte d'entrée, terrasse à l'ombre le matin ainsi que le soir. 2 petits bémols: absence de clim (mais perso ça ne nous a pas dérangé car on peut très bien aérer la nuit) et absence de Wi-Fi (ça c'est un peu gênant ; il vaut mieux avoir des forfaits téléphoniques en béton). En conclusion: location sympa! :)

Très agréable séjour

Appartement confortable avec tout le nécessaire pour ce sentir chez soi. Vue magnifique qu’on peut admirer à chaque repas. Tennis et piscine en bas de la résidence. Belle plage à 5 min en voiture. Bonne situation du logement pour aller visiter Ajaccio et Boniface.

Résidence très agréable, bien située, belle vue, accueil super, jardin très agréable avec des enfants Juste une toute petite chose : canapé difficile à utiliser en couchage car il bascule et c'est très désagréable de se retrouver par terre en pleine nuit Mais ce n'est rien à côté des avantages
