It consists :

° A corridor with storage cupboard
° A living room with open kitchen opening onto a 12.5m2 terrace with a double bay window fully equipped with ceramic hob, extractor hood, traditional oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine,
Tassimo coffee maker and full crockery service. 102 cm flat screen TV.
° a bedroom with 160 x 200 bed and dressing room (all mattresses are fitted with mattress protectors and fitted sheets). Duvets with house pillows.
° a bedroom with 3 beds of 90 x 200
° a 140 cm sofa with comfortable mattress in the living room
° a separate toilet
° a bathroom with walk-in shower, a vanity unit surmounted by a mirror, a towel dryer, hair dryer
° a terrace with dining area and barbecue, a relaxation area (deckchairs)

Séjour à Propriano

Super appartement très bien situé côté rue À proximité direct de la plage Bonne relation avec le propriétaire Seul bémol à notre arrivée, la piscine n’est plus en service et la salle de sport n’était pas accessible.

Bel appartement mais bruyant

Bel appartement moderne avec un accès sur une petite plage de nombreux accessoires à disposition (glacière,serviettes de plage, parasols etc…..). Les points négatifs sont : Un frigidaire tout petit pour un logement pouvant accueillir jusqu’à 6 personnes ! Très peu de rangement dans les armoires ( 2 tablettes). Le problème principal est le bruit ! Le logement donne sur la rue principale ou des 6h30 vous avez un défilement de véhicules et cela tout au long de la journée.

Résidence idéalement située

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement (nous étions 5). Il est propre et fonctionnel. Il est certes coté rue (ce qui n'est pas une surprise puisque c'est bien indiqué dans l'annonce), mais la nuit il n'y a pas beaucoup de passage et sincèrement ça ne nous a pas empêché de bien dormir. Le jour, la terrasse est un peu bruyante, mais bon, on est surtout à la plage ou en vadrouille et ce n'est pas un problème. La résidence est très bien située puisque sur la plage, à 20m du centre nautique (voile) et de nombreuses activités (jet ski, location de bateau, plongée…). C'est idéal pour les familles. La place de parking en sous sol est indispensable en août. C'est un plus pour séjourner à Propriano. Le seul petit bémol est que si les draps et serviettes sont mis gracieusement à disposition (c'est pratique de ne pas devoir venir avec), il faut les laver avant de rendre l'appartement. Le jour du départ, le lave linge tourne à plein régime! Un service (même payant) de location de draps et serviettes serait un plus et en adéquation avec le standing de la propriété. Enfin, si la propriétaire n'est pas sur place, elle est très disponible et répond en moins de 5mn à nos questions. Conclusion: Séjour très agréable.

Un lieu idéal pour se reposer et profiter des beautés de la Corse

Très bonne organisation pour prendre possession de la location, propriétaire arrangeante et flexible sur les horaires pour arriver comme pour partir. L'appartement est spacieux, très bien équipé, agréable et bien situé. Place de parking privée dans la résidence, donc jamais de soucis de stationnement quelques soient les horaires. Plage devant l'immeuble mais aussi de très belles plages paradisiaques faciles d'accès en voiture. L'appartement est au cœur de l'espace touristique de Propriano, port pour les balades et activités en mer, centre ville, restaurants, bars... Visites de villages perchés, canyoning, randonnées... il y en a pour tous les goûts. Nous recommandons cette location pour des vacances au top !

Bel appartement tres bien situé

L'appartement lumineux est très bien situé ( coté rue) accès direct sur la plage par l’ascenseur et à quelques minutes à pieds des commerces et du centre ville. La disponibilité du parking est un plus indispensable. La propriétaire est très réactive par téléphone pour régler les problèmes logistiques. Pour les locataires de taille normale, un escabeau serait apprécié pour accéder au micro onde et à la penderie de la chambre.

Appartement très confortable, lumineux, bien agencé, bien équipé (penderies, machine à laver, etc.). idéalement placé à Propriano, à 5 minutes à pied du port Proximité : boulangerie et commerces Une plage avec un centre nautique est accessible directement par l’ascenseur. La propriétaire est très disponible et attentionnée pour que ses locataires passent un bon séjour. Bref ne pas hésiter !

Excellent!

Très bel appartement équipé de toutes les commodités, incluant un stationnement, très pratique à Propriano! Le meilleur endroit pour rayonner dans tous les sites magnifiques du sud de la Corse. Près de tous les services et commerces de la ville, dont une excellente boulangerie à deux pas. Et la mer tout juste à côté! Plusieurs idées d'activités à faire à proximité donnés par la propriétaire qui est très disponible.
