Has a huge screened in porch that you can watch the sunsets over Lake Murray. Adirondack chairs by lake for your enjoyment. Parking there is a large circular drive for plenty of parking and backing boats . Floats for swimming at dock.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Place all dirty linens and towels in laundry room. Leave air on 75 summer and 70 in winter. Trash pick up is early Wednesday morning. Please remove all trash to the outside cans. Thanks Bryan
