We were expecting a coffee machine in our room & when mentioned to the front desk, even though they don't supply them any more, she brought one right up when requested! The uncontrolled children, running up and down the hall and stomping well past 10pm and then again at 7am was terrible! The parents were all down stairs in the lobby, so kids were unsupervised! Also, in the pool as well. Also, the curtains in the room don't block out the day light in the morning. Breakfast was nice
