This Beautiful villa is located in the resort Pernera, Protaras. Shops, restaurants, pubs are in 5 min walk. The villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs and an open plan living room, dining room with a separate, fully equipped kitchen and a guest toilet downstairs. The patio doors lead you to the pool area with sun beds, BBQ and garden furniture. There is a secured private parking.
The villa is an excellent choice for families and for wedding parties as there are several villas close to this one
The nearest beach is in 5 min walk, there are other 4 sandy beaches in the area and all of them are in walking distance
If you have a big group for wedding there is an opportunity to accommodate all your guests in the same complex.
There is an allowance of electricity usage 200 kw per week, the over use should be paid 0.4 c per kw
