Hotels .com cancelled my reso but luckily the night manager honored it. Parking was out of control w snow that wasn’t cleared when we arrived late and lots of double parked cars so had to park at back of hotel and walk around it in zero degree weather . Room was excellent though. Our second stay there Will Stay again if needed

The breakfast was fine and the staff were friendly. This isn’t the hotel’s fault but just a tip- the hotel is further from Yale than I anticipated, so if that’s what you are visiting for you might want to look for a closer alternative. However, their were a lot of stores and restaurants right nearby that were open late.

There were stains on the bed covers, the room was not clean and the bathroom needs some maintenance. The wall covering is coming off behind the door in the bathroom. The carpet has stains and the heat unit made a lot of noise.The curtains were torn.

The room was gross. Our first room had hairs and management kindly moved us to another room. This room also had hairs array….. the sheets looked unwashed. (We bring/use our own linens when traveling no use complaining). There was no ice anywhere In the building. There were NO towels available at one point. For the pool… or for our rooms. We had to drip dry and management didn’t even apologize.

The breakfast was the same everyday of my stay, but everything was good. The persons was very friendly and kind. I actually dosent have nothing bad to say about my stay in this hotel. If I have to stay in the state again I will choose this hotel again.
