The service to check was pleasant but the hallways and elevator smell bad and was dirty the room wasn’t very clean…soap wrappers was left in the shower the towels looked dirty the pillows were flattened…I had no choice but to stay here, flight got canceled and the other hotel was unsafe…it was late soo I was only there 5 hours. Thank goodness

My confirmation for this property was for a room with a king bed. Upon my arrival, I was told there were only queen beds available. There was also a high school graduation party going on in one of the common areas with high school kids running all over the lobby. The entire lobby was decorated for this party. Of course the room that they wanted to give me was 2 doors down from the noise on the first floor. After a 15 minute argument with the front desk clerk, who also stated that “there was no manager on duty and no-one was currently in charge,” he miraculously found a room with a king bed on the second floor. The property was great, the service, not so great!

The only reason why anyone would stay here is because of its close proximity to the airport. I would not recommend staying here, it was dirty and outdated.

Staff person at front desk was overwhelmed and unable to manage his duties. He stated the hotel was overbooked. We were checked in late at night into a dirty room while another guest was complaining about being checked into a room already occupied with sleeping guests! Housekeeping never came to clean our room but a staff member did finally come and bring clean sheets for the bed. I chose this hotel because of the proximity to the airport as I was traveling with my 80 year old handicapped mother but it was the worst place I’ve ever stayed. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told they were not available and I could email them!
