THE LAYOUT:
KITCHEN: Once you walk into this second floor apartment make your way into the kitchen. This spacious kitchen is fully equipped for both short and extended stays. Including a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher—make cooking feel effortless. The dining table comfortably seats 6, perfect for shared meals. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a full dinner, you'll find all the essentials: cookware, utensils, dishes, glassware, and even a coffee maker to start your morning right.
LIVING ROOM: Flowing from the kitchen, step into this cozy living room. Whether you're catching a movie on the wall-mounted flat screen TV or winding down after a day out, this space is made for comfort and versatility! It offers a cozy yet functional retreat that doubles as an additional sleeping area. The stylish sleeper sofa easily converts into a comfortable queen bed. An additional couch provides extra seating and it is paired with a stylish chair and coffee table.
SLEEPING AREAS: This apartment offers two distinct and separate sleeping areas designed for both comfort and style. On one side of the hallway, the spacious primary bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, while two accent chairs nestled beside sunlit windows create a cozy nook—perfect for reading or unwinding. Across from the primary, a cozy second bedroom includes a queen bed and a desk perfect for catching up on emails. Both bedrooms have large walk-in closets, and storage to make your stay more comfortable! A white noise machine is provided for a restful nights sleep.
BATHROOM: Next to the kitchen you’ll find the bathroom, clean and designed for comfort. It features a modern vanity with a mirror as well as a shower and in-unit laundry. The space is fully stocked with essentials that any guest would need including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a hair dryer to ensure a smooth and convenient stay.
THE BUILDING: From the charming brick exterior to the bright, modern interior, this apartment perfectly blends historic character with fresh, stylish design. Whether you're visiting for work, exploring the city, or simply looking for a stylish and comfortable place to relax, this thoughtfully designed apartment offers the perfect home base for your stay in Providence. It’s in a friendly and safe neighborhood right across from the Ivy league Brown University. There is no elevator in this apartment building. We can accommodate up to 6 guests. Despite the thorough renovations of all our apartments, the building itself remains an older structure and is considered unsuitable for young children. However, if your children are 2 years or older and you understand these considerations, we would be happy to accommodate your stay. There is one off-street parking spot in the lot diagonally across the street from the apartment.
