Our seven (7) units: The Condo, The Suite, The Cottage, The Studio, The Efficiency, Villa Coco and Villa Sky, are the perfect location for families and individuals who yearn the typical island feel to their vacation. It is laid back and a refreshing break from all the glitz and glamour of the typical resorts in Grace Bay.

Our units are set within a well manicured garden, filled with majestic swaying palms and a tropical profusion of flowers, in a quiet, secluded cul-de-sac.

Enjoy the sound of waves, gently slapping on the shore, or the feel of the warm, tropical breeze on your skin while lounging, dining or barbecuing by the pool, while sipping on your favorite drink.

Each villa is unique, and offers a different feel from the others. South Fleetwood is, undoubtedly, Providenciales' Best Kept Secret!

The Suite, (991 sq. ft.,) located on the lower level of the main house, wiith its own private patio. This is a two (3) bedroom (king beds)/2 bathroom unit, with a large living and dining and kitchen. It comprises, full kitchen; is self contained and well equipped.
During your stay at this vacation home, you're just a quick walk from Grace Bay Beach. Laundry facilities are available. The vacation home offers a kitchen and 2 bathrooms.

The price is right

Communication with property manager was very difficult. Location was difficult to find , the address given was the wrong number. Also, it was advertised as 3 bedroom with 3 king beds. This was not the case. One king bed, one queen and one full size. The master bedroom was very nice with a good mattress but the other two rooms had very uncomfortable beds. The location was good, close to the beach and close to town. The price was excellent. If the beds were comfortable and kings size as advertised, I would have given the condo a better rating.

Holiday trip with family

This is an older property, so you can except some of the appliances and other aspects of the property to be outdated. Having said that, the location is perfect. You can easily walk to the beach as well as all the shopping and restaurants in Grace Bay. Also very spacious for families that don't want to cram into one room at a resort. We had issues with hot water in the hall bath when we first arrived, and they sent someone out the next morning to fix it. I would recommend updates to the kitchen, specifically the oven/stove.
