Beautiful Home by Taylor Bay Beach

Bamboo House is a traditional island home that showcases West Indian and Bahamian architecture. Located just a short walk from Taylor Bay Beach, this is the perfect home for families on a beach vacation.
The entrance of the villa is through a bright courtyard, lush with tropical plants. The living room features bamboo ceilings and tasteful island furnishings. It is flanked on the right side by the signature Bamboo Kitchen which leads into the exotic semi-outdoor living space which opens into the courtyard allowing for wonderful cool breezes to flow through.
To the left of the entrance doors, the hallway leads to the two first floor bedrooms; the ocean facing King room and the garden view Twin bedroom. Between these two bedrooms is the shared bathroom featuring a double vanity, indoor shower and an outdoor shower.
The villa's other two bedrooms are located upstairs, which is accessed via a staircase in the courtyard. The upper west bedroom has a King bed with ensuite bathroom with a shower. The upper southern bedroom has two Twin beds which are typically made as a King. (These can be made as separate Twin beds by special request.) This bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with a shower. These two upstairs rooms share a balcony which offers stunning views over Taylor Bay to Turtle Rock and even across into Chalk Sound National Park to the north.
All entrances have double doors with screens allowing guests to take full advantage of the fresh island air. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning units. The kitchen and living room are not air conditioned.
The main level of the villa opens onto the large pool deck with an outdoor dining table, sitting areas, sun loungers and a BBQ. This large veranda offers a relaxing space to enjoy the tropical weather, cooled under the shade of ample umbrellas and vibrant blue sun sails.

The villa's fifth bedroom is the guesthouse located just feet away from the villa. The studio style guesthouse has a queen bed with ensuite bathroom and a shower and separated twin bed. Many amenities of this space include a kitchen, closets and an outdoor terrace area with ocean view seating.

The location is ideal and across the street from Taylor Bay. Just a couple minutes away through a private gated access, this stunning cove is perhaps the islands best-kept secret. Well protected from trade winds, with unbelievably turquoise shallow warm water and fine white sand, it is perfect for floating, swimming or paddle boarding. Best of all Taylor bay is out of the way with less foot traffic than Grace Bay.
Guests of Bamboo House have access to Sunset Bay tennis courts and private bathroom. Tennis rackets and balls are provided by the Villa.

Pool Information: The depth of the pool is from 4ft to 5ft. The dimensions of the pool are 29.5ft x 18.5ft. There is no lifeguard on duty.

-Electricity is metered and $150 of usage is complimentary with weekly rentals. Any electricity overage is charged at the current market utility rate + 12% Turks & Caicos Accommodation Tax.
-Complimentary midweek housekeeping service included for weekly stays.
-Guests are required to sign a liability waiver prior to check in.

This villa offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
