What a beautiful place to stay in Turks and Caicos. It's like staying on your own mini resort. The bedrooms were all very nice, generally with their own bathrooms. The pool was amazing. The kitchen had everything you could need to make great meals. Neko was very easy to work with and he and Eddy did a great job helping us out before and during the stay.

Great for large groups. There were a few things that would have helped, told us that the water is turned off from 10:30 PM to around 6:30 AM. The oven door would not seal, hence you couldn"t use it, Neko look at it and had someone else come out. The said it would have to fixed by an appliance store. The lack of AC on the second floor is not good for the price. The paint on the outside is coming off and is all over the pool area. over all it's a good place for large groups but not worth the price.

The property was good for us as we had 8 adults and 6 kids under the age of 8 years old. So we were good with staying at house and pool was good along with being able to go into the ocean from shore. My husband and I walked during the mornings and stopped at a couple of restaurants need by. Family went to the beach close by one day and was good! We had a chef come in on most nights for dinner. Stores near by were good and everyone was very friendly. We enjoyed our time in the Turks

Perfect stay on Caulk Sound

We had an excellent stay at the house for a 40th birthday/reunion with my childhood friends. The house was clean, spacious and well appointed. We knew very little about the area prior to our stay, but loved being on beautiful Caulk Sound. Neko was a great host. Any questions or concerns were quickly addressed. He even helped three of us find a rental when we were stranded at the airport after our flight home was delayed to the next day. I highly recommend staying at the house.

Family thanksgiving vacation

The trip to Turks and Caicos was our first as a family. We hired a private chef for the home we stayed in. Communication and any concerns we did have were handled quickly. My only concern was how far we were from everything from our size of group. This was to no fault of the description of the house. Since it was our first time we didn’t realize where we would be staying. The house, pool and closeness to the water of the sound, not the actual open ocean. House was clean and efficient.

Endless Tranquility

The pictures are amazing but they don't do the villa justice! Every morning coffee in hand you can sit & enjoy the tranquil endless blue waters of Chalk Sound, followed by a glorious breakfast served on the trellis covered porch looking at the same. You're only a short 6 to 10 min drive from the airport, 30 min drive to Grace Bay. But no need, once you grocery shop, everything you need for a relaxing vacation is right at your fingertips. If not, just call and the property manager is amazing. The Graceway grocery stores are the cleanest. The prices at the Graceway gourmet are very much the same at the IGA, just some other offerings at each. There is Graceway Cash & Carry (think bulk) but you can buy individual stuff too. There is also the Smart. There is the Sunny not too far from the house for bulk, not as clean & not as many items. House is well stocked w kitchen items (coffee pot,pots/pans,dishes,etc) Pool area is fabulous w/ outdoor cooking area. They have thought of most everything. If we needed something, our calls were answered promptly. Heads up, NOT a deal breaker, the main living area of the house is NOT air conditioned, however they provide many fans, and you can get the breeze flowing through by opening upstairs door to the porch and the main level back sliding doors to the porch. The bedrooms all have split sys. a/c. Our family of 15 spent 7 nights there celebrating my 60th birthday & we were sad to have to say goodbye. Thank you Endless Blue for a great stay!

Great Stay for a Family of 14

Host was great to work with. Great location with easy access (with a rental car) to the places we wanted to visit. Beautiful pool and sunsets. Everyone enjoyed the SUP's and kayaks.
