This exclusive property is located on Pintail Close, a private enclave of villas within the Leeward Community gates. Grace Haven is the ideal home base for guests looking to explore the beach—just a five minute walk away—and the turquoise waters off Providenciales’ northeastern tip. To facilitate your beach adventures, we supply a fully-stocked beach closet, four-seater electric beach cart to travel to and from the beach, two cruising bicycles, and complimentary daily lounger and umbrella set up on nearby Sunset Beach.

This fully air-conditioned private villa in an exclusive neighborhood features three bedrooms equipped with black out windows, safes, HD TVs, hotel-quality king-sized beds, and ensuite bathrooms. Each bathroom comes with a double sink, hair dryer, and luxury hotel-quality linens, towels, and bath products. Days by Grace Haven’s spacious terrace and pool deck—which feature large market and shade umbrellas, loungers, and elegant seating—are best spent cooking up fresh catch and veggies in the villa’s covered BBQ grilling area, or toasting marshmallows over its cozy fire pit. Outstanding! This house was perfect for our family of 5. I loved the set up with each bedroom having a dedicated bathroom with double sinks. The house was immaculate and very well maintained. We loved the privacy in the backyard with beautiful landscaping. The gold cart and dedicated chairs with umbrellas on the beach every day were game changers for us. We will definitely stay here again! We liked being close to grace bay but far enough away from the congestion. And we could still walk down the beach for lunch. Perfect!!

Perfect stay for our family at Grace Haven

Great stay at Grace Haven. It’s on a quiet cul de sac with either a quick walk, hike or golf cart ride to the beach. The pool was great to have access to after a long day in the sun. The house had everything we needed to cook our dinners in the spacious kitchen. Communication from Jessica and team was great. We will definitely consider staying at Grace Haven next time in Turks.

Perfect place to stay in TCI!

After much research we decided to stay at Grace Haven and absolutely loved everything about it. The house and grounds are immaculately clean and the perfect size for up to 6 people. The house is well appointed and had everything we needed for our week there. The location is perfect and ideally situated in the more secure area of Leeward. It is a short (2-3 minute) golf cart ride to the beautiful and lightly visited Leeward Beach. Our concierge, Jessica, was perfect - very professional, knowledgeable and friendly! We highly recommend Grace Haven for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation in Turks & Caicos!

Perfect Grace Bay property

Our family of 4 was absolutely delighted with this property. On prior visits to T&C we stayed at the Grace Bay Club, but we were looking for a little more space and privacy. Grace Haven was beautiful, clean, spacious, private, safe, and well-stocked with everything needed for a lovely beach vacation. Short walk or golf cart ride to a fairly secluded, calm, and beautiful beach and a short drive to the "downtown" Grace Bay area. We were also perfectly content lounging in the wonderful pool and on the patio. Our concierge, Jessica, made everything easy--from grocery deliveries to beach chair set ups to booking a snorkel trip. Next trip to T&C we will 1000% choose this property over a resort.

TCI Paradise

This was a lovely stay. Everything you would want. Relaxing and beautiful and just a golf cart ride to the beach. Outside shower to wash off the sand and private pool to lounge by, and swim in. Had a Mediterranean vibe in the Caribbean. It’s hot enough but not humid. The Turks is special and Grace Haven made it even more so! We like to cook so everything you need for that plus restaurants a short drive away if you wanted the evening off. The opposite of our usual dense urban northeastern experience and just the place to quietly recharge. Thanks to our attentive hosts. We will definitely return.

Fantastic property that had everything you needed to enjoy the beach or the pool without the hassle. Concierge service was great. Including the ability to stock the fridge prior to arrival. Beach was just a short 5min golf cart drive to Sunset beach! Highly recommend. We will be back for sure!

We loved our stay in Turks. The house was great! Shawna was very helpful. The golf cart made beach access quick and convenient. Beach chairs were put up for us daily. Groceries delivered ahead of our arrival. Would definitely stay here again. Not one complaint!

Amazing Family Villa

This was an amazing property. It had everything for our family. The little details Grace Haven had from the golf cart for the beach to the beach equipment to toys for my kids to play with. This was by far one of the most beautiful properties I’ve been to. It was great communication from the booking until checking out. Brita and Jessica were great host and helped with any questions we had throughout the day to make sure we had the best time on the island. The amenities in every room were fantastic. It really felt like home for my family. The home is located next to one of the best beaches in the world crystal clear water just 5 minutes away on the golf cart. There are a good amount of restaurants in the grace Bay Area that are a must. Lupo Italian food and CocoVan were our favorites. I will definitely stay at this property again.

Amazing new home! Can’t wait to go back.

Shawna was awesome. Everything we needed she was able to handle quickly. The house has everything you need and just a couple of minutes from the beach. We rented a moke which made it quick and easy to get to the beach and everywhere else. The house was perfect for us, everything was new and clean. Great kitchen and living room to hang out at night. Bedrooms and bathrooms were big and plenty of space. The pool is a great size. We we’re able to grill for a couple of dinners. The Leeward community is very new and kept up well. Very safe. Loved everything about this property. We’ve been coming to Turks for a couple years now and this is the best place we’ve rented. Thanks Shawna!
