Welcome to Grace Bay Beach…one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The Grandview is a private 18 unit building located directly on Grace Bay beach. This 4 bedroom corner penthouse unit has two master bedrooms with ocean views, one king bedroom and a bonus 4th bedroom with two twin beds. There are also three full bathrooms.
This 2400+ square foot residence consists of an open living and dining room; kitchen with granite countertops; and a private beach front corner balcony that overlooks Grace Bay beach and is directly next to the exclusive Grace Bay Club.
The Grandview has a pool and hot tub as well as beach chairs and umbrellas set up for you. There is an on-site fitness room and the residence is walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Concierge available to help plan your vacation.

Yes, it is this perfect. Your search is officially over.Our family of eight (3 adults and children 19, 19, 18, 14,12) spent a glorious week in unit. The pictures are exactly as the unit looks. A large walk in entrance, open concept living/dining room, kitchen with plenty of counter space and everything you could possibly need to make your own meals. Full size washer and dryer are conveniently tucked in the back of the kitchen. Dining table large enough for all eight of us to share a meal together as well as an outdoor table on the balcony that over looks the ocean. Outdoor seating on the balcony was a great way for us to start and end our day. Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. Two large primaries on the main floor. One with an ensuite and the other right next to the main floor bathroom. Upstairs were two bedrooms. One sleeping three (king bed and twin bed) and the other hosting two twin beds. An upstairs bathroom separates the two bedrooms.The complex is meticulously maintained. Three floors and only 18 units in total. Pool and hot tub, use of bikes and water equipment. Walkway right to the beach where chairs and umbrellas are set up each morning. The property is gated and tucked away from the main roads with parking on site. Yet walkable to shopping, groceries, and restaurants. The cherry on top is the property host, Gia, who is a perfectionist at her job. Ron and Shauna have made it a point to make this feel like your home away from home.

Beautiful place perfect set up for 9 people but unfortunately if you have a big family I wouldn’t rent here. We are 4 adults with 5 adult children and had complaints at 6 pm and 8 pm because of noise. The only noise was 9 people talking with music on before dinner reservations. Their house rules are “ quiet time 10pm-8am” but it clearly it’s all day. Seems like a lot of money to have to whisper all day

Spectacular Condo w/ Perfect Location

Lovely Vacation Property!

We stayed here for 5 nights and loved every minute of our time. The location cannot be beat - there are spectacular ocean views and it's in between the Grace Bay Club and the Royal West Indies hotel. We have a wide age range in our family - 75 down to 5, and everyone enjoyed our stay. The communication with Regina and Gia was seamless and they were beyond helpful with any/all questions. The house has everything you need - beach towels, sand toys for kids, a great kitchen and absolutely perfect outdoor dining on the deck. If we come back to Turks, we'd absolutely come back to this property!

Great Place

Very comfortable home for 8 of us. We all had ample room. My only complaint is that 2 out of the 3 king beds (view rooms) were ROCK hard. Felt like sleeping on plywood. Extremely uncomfortable. All 4 of us were in pain. I got creative by lining up pillows to sleep on top of. Kinda ridiculous to have to do that. Would be nothing to put a topper on these beds. Please consider doing that for upcoming guests.

Amazing view from the third floor. Nice outdoor deck. Well decorated condo unit. Had everything we needed. Very comfortable for our family of 7. Management was there to meet us when we arrived and answered all our questions and was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Water was fantastic and stunningly aqua marine The beach was the softest sand ever seen. Beach wasn’t crowded at all and there were chairs and umbrellas put out out every day. The building Pool and hot tub were well maintained. Fitness center was nice. Had a garage full of water equipment including bikes which we took to the store often. Pelican Bay bar next door was a great food option with 1/2 price happy hour.

Amazing Senior Year Trip and Beautiful location!

The Condo at GrandView was perfect for our family of 6 (3 girls and 1 boy+ parents). We had spacious rooms, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Condo was impeccably clean and decorated with a slider/deck overlooking the pool area and ocean. The turquoise water could be seen from the kitchen table. We were 3rd floor with spectacular views. Quick walk to Grace Bay beach. Chairs and umbrellas always available. Grace Bay beach was beautiful and our condo was shared with other 5 Star hotels/accommodations. Easy access to all watersports right from beach. Could walk to some restaurants, but we also took rental car. Gated/secure entrance and plenty of parking. Incredible vacation.
