Dear Vrbo, the fact that I even received this auto-generated email to rate a property that my family and I never got the opportunity to stay is upsetting. The host ghosted us and still has not responded to any of my communications to them. I’ve called VrboCare and emailed Vrbo Support multiple times letting you know this rental property listing is a scam. When we arrived to TCI and went to check in at the property, we learned this villa is someone’s permanent residence, and we’re not able to check in. This left my family and I without lodging for what we thought would be a beautiful, relaxing 7-day island Christmas vacation. To our dismay, we were not able to find adequate accommodations for the entirety of our vacation. Now, I’d like Vrbo to actually show you care by removing this listing from your platform, so others do not have to experience the same horror.

Gorgeous home with a great pool/deck

The private pool and gas fire pit really made this beautiful home a please to stay in. Very clean and nicely located in a quite neighborhood away from the resorts, but just a few minutes drive to everything. Would stay again!

Great House, Great Host

Great house in TCI. Remote and quiet away from the resorts and main road. Would stay again! The host, Mica, was very quick to respond, gave recommendations and was very easy to work with. Thanks for the great stay!
