It's always a wonderful experience staying at Sun Sea and Sand. This was my 2nd time staying here and this time we brought our kids and rented 2 units. The property is always clean and secure. Easy check in and check out process and walking distance to the beach. Plenty of chairs available so you don't have to buy or rent any. The gentleman on the property was extremely helpful. He helped us load and unload and waa a friendly presence.

This is our second time visiting SSS. The location and cleanliness of the property are perfect. We love the distance to the beach walk path and the kiting launch area is great as well. Ann the manager is always lovely to deal with and has great communication. We will be back again!

Perfect for us

We came to Turks and Caicos primarily to Wingfoil and have time together in a beautiful location, celebrating our retirements. We chose (and loved) SunSeaSand for the incredible convenience of being able to access the beach at a relatively affordable price, with easy/safe storage of our wingfoiling gear at our condo. We appreciated our condo physically-very private, air-conditioned, clean, and a king-size bed. We were extremely impressed with the property manager, Ann, for her attentive, prompt assistance for any concerns. In addition, Joseph, who took care of the physical property and grounds went way beyond his required duties to make our stay not only comfortable, but easy, lovely, and welcoming. There is no doubt in my mind that if we return to TCI, we would stay here again.

Wing Foil Weekend

The one bedroom condo was perfectly suited for our needs very close to the beach although a car is required. We were there for Sport and the condo was perfect. Beautiful grounds the entire place smells like Jasmine. It’s lovely. The property manager was very helpful. Our refrigerator was not working and they quickly replaced it with a working one. My only comment and reason it’s not 5-star, is it’s extremely sparsely equipped… We were there for five nights and only had one bath towel and 1-beach towel per person and there’s no laundry. But again very clean and ultimately was fine. Just wish there were spare towels in one of the empty cabinets. Easy drive to fabulous restaurants and coffee shops. So I highly recommend. Again host was very responsive and helpful.

Amazing property, great location, beautiful updated and clean condo, great chairs/beach umbrellas/coolers, washer/dryer to use (even though it was 1 set for entire complex), and great comfy bed. The things that would’ve been nice would be shampoo/conditioner and cooking spices (only pepper and salt were available).

Exactly what we needed!

This is a wonderful place to stay. The 1 bedroom unit was very well put together with a good size living area, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Its a short walk to the Long Bay beach but you will need a rental car if you plan to take in the rest of the island. The grounds are well maintained by Joseph, who is very pleasant and helpful. My only suggestion would be to add more lighting around the parking area otherwise the property is well lit. We will definitely return!

A taste of paradise!

This place was fantastic for our short relaxing getaway. It is not in the highly trafficked area so, I would recommend getting a rental to move around or stop at a grocery store on your way in. Proximity to the beach was my favorite. The water was clear and warm even at 7pm at night! The amenities made this stay even better. I will definitely return to Sunseasand!!

This place was great! It was close to Long Bay Beach and it was easy to access other parts of the island with a car. The property was clean and the bed was very very comfortable. The host was super responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Easy Access to Beach, Clean and Quiet

This was perfect for what I needed. The property is a short 3-5 minute walk to the beach. It's very clean, quiet (with privacy) and has a nice outdoor patio to hang out in the morning and evenings. The property manager was incredibly responsive and helpful - wanted to make sure everything was in order and addressed a few of my questions very quickly. Will definitely book here again!

The apartment was great. Everything was well set up , clean and new. It was a short one block walk to the public access of Long Bay beach - gorgeous beach! Hoc was the ultimate host providing great suggestions and insights on the island. Very friendly but not intrusive. Would definitely stay at Hoc’s place again
