ACCESSING THE PROPERTY



We do not provide shuttle services from the airport. Guests can choose to either take a taxi or rent a car upon arrival. For those opting for a taxi, they are readily available outside the airport. The journey to the property takes approximately 20–25 minutes, with a fare of $43 for 1–2 people and an additional $22.50 per extra passenger.

- ELECTRICITY COSTS: Electricity rates in the Turks and Caicos Islands are notably high, and recent global fuel price increases have further elevated these costs.

We kindly ask all guests to be mindful of energy usage, particularly with air conditioning (AC). To conserve energy, please ensure all doors and windows are closed when the AC is in use.



- TAXES: All bookings are subject to a 12% VAT tax**, which is mandatory for reservations in Turks and Caicos. This tax will appear as a **resort fee** on your receipt.
