The staff was rude and insulting at the front desk, regarding the payment for the room. I offered to leave the guarantee cash when my card wasn't working, I offered to leave another card number but they were very rude and not cooperative at all. It took me 2 hours to check in.

The hotel is not worth the price — the Wi-Fi doesn’t work properly, there’s no reception or welcome, no shampoo or soap, the room isn’t very clean… a real disaster.
