We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were spacious and perfect for a family with small kids. The location is amazing — just a short walk to Grace Bay Beach with super easy access. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We especially loved the fresh coconuts they offered to guests — such a nice touch! The pool and hot tub were extremely clean and well-maintained, which made relaxing even better. If I could suggest anything, it would be to offer a few more breakfast options, like eggs and more fruit varieties. It would also be great to have more convenient access to drinking water. Overall, we loved it and would definitely come back!

The overall property was lovely, check customer service was excellent. The property is about 5 minutes walking distance from Grace Bay and 2 minutes from the beach. Room Was wonderful, I will visit again 9/10.

I loved everything about this hotel! Staff was AMAZING, I wish I got their names! Rooms were spotless, service was impeccable, everyone was so sweet. I just wish they had a better continental breakfast, it was a very limited.

Besides the comments above the ultimate was the staff. The front desk staff; Lekiethra, Wes, Ruth and Olivier (like Sir Lawrence Olivier). Breakfast staff, Rose Fanny and the famous twins Lerone and Lerone at the beach. We had an awesome stay.

Beyond the check in was poor in customer service and she didn’t wanted to check us in on time even tough i had my son medication and a real need to get in to the room; the property was good and with very good access to the beautiful beach ! Restaurants nearby like the grill and infinity were very good and the pool was quiet and enjoyable .
