Welcome to Lokahi House! Beautifully decorated, well-appointed, and ideally situated, Lokahi House is the perfect setting for your unforgettable stay in Provincetown. Located in the near West End just seconds away from several Provincetown favorites and only minutes to Tea Dance, this idyllic home is tucked quietly away between Commercial and Bradford Streets and is just steps from all the action.

Set behind a charming white fence is a beautiful private courtyard and garden, where you can relax and unwind -- fire up the outdoor grill and soak up the sunlight, or take in the magical twilight hours or evening stars.

Just off the private courtyard is the main entrance to Lokahi House. Upon entering the home, you are greeted by an open-concept, renovated kitchen and reimagined living/dining room. Thoughtfully designed and wonderfully appointed with brand new furnishings, this zen space is a wonderful spot to relax and unwind.

Just off the living room is a first bathroom, clad in beautiful blue tiles and featuring a modern walk-in shower equipped with a rain shower head.

A charming hallway library takes you into the rest of the Lokahi House. Books, board games, cards and card games, puzzles, and a few other fun items in the library's collection are perfect for a lazy afternoon -- take a look and see if anything piques your interest!

A first "guest" bedroom offers a queen size bed and plenty of storage. A closet and an antique dresser provide more than enough space to comfortably unpack, and a mini split system will ensure that its guests are kept cozy and comfortable in warm or cool weather.

A bonus "family" room makes yet another great lounge spot. Bright, warm, and inviting, the bonus room includes a second smart TV, which is great if you can't agree on which season of Drag Race to binge watch. The sofa in the bonus room folds out into a full size bed and can serve as another sleeping option for a guest.

Finally, a second "master" bedroom, situated in the front of the house, offers a queen size bed, en suite bathroom, mini-wet bar, sitting area, and direct access to a private, fenced-in front porch. The master bedroom also has a mini split system to ensure its guests comfort during their stay.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE BEFORE BOOKING LOKAHI HOUSE:

1. We love pets dearly, but we unfortunately cannot accommodate pets at Lokahi House. Lokahi House is a pet-free rental. Good news for those with allergies, but bad news for those with beloved four-legged family members.

2. There is no private parking offered with Lokahi House. The good news is that you're unlikely to need to drive anywhere while you're in town. Lokahi House is truly in a superb location -- you'll be able to easily walk to and from all the businesses on Commercial Street (the closest one being Pop+Dutch, which is on the same block as Lokahi House), Tea Dance (~2-min walk), the gym (Mussel Beach Gym is across the street), numerous harbor beaches (the closest one being a block away), the Boston Fast Ferry drop-off at MacMillan Pier (~12-min walk), the jetty/causeway (~12-min walk), and (very importantly!) the grocery store (Stop & Shop is a ~6-min walk away). For some of Provincetown's great beaches, hikes, and trails that are a bit farther away, you'll probably want a bike. Good news: the closest bike rental shop is Ptown Bikes, which is a 1-min walk from Lokahi House.

3. Lokahi House has a full-sized washer and dryer in the basement of the house that will be available for your use during your stay.
During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from Cape Cod Beaches. Enjoy features like a gym, laundry facilities, and an arcade/game room. Enjoy your stay with amenities like a kitchen and a washer/dryer in the condo.
