Here on the sparkling shores of Cape Cod Bay, you'll have gorgeous views of the water, a beautifully renovated living space, and fantastic access to the best of town. This two-story condo is part of a charming bayfront complex with grounds that include a wonderful communal deck and beach. The location gives you the best of all worlds, with the heart of downtown less than a mile west. You'll be close to excellent restaurants, bars, shops, and galleries, not to mention the festivals that fill the town from May until October. Beach-goers will be within a four-mile drive or bike ride of Long Point, Race Point, and Herring Cove Beaches as well. After a day spent swimming, whale-watching, or playing a round at Highland Links (six miles south), come home to soak up the view of the bay from your private deck overlooking the beach. In addition to the lower-level communal deck, the private deck is the perfect spot for morning coffee, sunset meals, and after-dinner cocktails. With its white shiplap walls and plentiful windows on two sides, the living space is full of natural light and big bay views. Enjoy a recently renovated kitchen with every essential (including a stainless steel gas stove), a built-in dining table, and an airy living room where you can stream movies on the smart TV. The window-lined bedroom - accessible via a spiral staircase - is a loft-style room lined with windows, allowing you to wake up each morning with a view of the water. Amazing stay

My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend in Provincetown. This was a fantastic place to stay that had everything you needed. Being able to walk onto the beach from the unit is a huge plus. The windows in the master really make you feel like you’re right on the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

This rental was gorgeous - it is truly right on the water. There were steps leading directly down onto the beach. The sunrise over the ocean was magnificent. In addition, the rental was very clean and well-maintained; matches everything in the description! We plan on vacationing here again!

Loved the location on the water. It is a little far from downtown, but, can get in a good walk and use pedicabs. The bedroom is a fun great light-filled loft with great views of the water and sunrise. The bed is a foam mattress that is quite uncomfortable. The semi-private deck right off the front door is great. The deck furniture needs some repair (the table leg was broken, but, we made it work). People should be aware of a slightly difficult spiral stair up to the bedroom loft. Not for anyone with mobility issues.

Cozy and great fun

I absolutely love staying here. There was a small problem on check-in, which we handled fairly easily. It’s an absolutely wonderful view of the ocean and access to everything without having to be right in the middle of everything. As someone else mentioned, the bed is heavily indented from use and it really needs to be replaced. That said I still love staying here. If you don’t have good balance, this wouldn’t be a good choice because the stairs are quite steep. But there’s a great railing and I had no trouble myself.
