The fully equipped kitchen opens to a cozy living room and eating area. Mermaid has a spacious bedroom that showcases a king sized bed. The cottage bathroom has a lovely clawfoot tub for the option of a shower or calming bath. Additionally, there's an in-unit washer and dryer for your private use. Mermaid along with the other condos in the building has been home to many famous writers, painters, dissidents and poets. Awaken your artistic soul in this perfect, peaceful, beachfront paradise. The best that Provincetown has to offer is at hand including fine dining, an active nightlife and multiple beaches and bike trails. You can bring your bike or rent one from the many rental shops in town. If you hear a siren's call, Mermaid is waiting for you.

Stay was great. The only complaint was when we were checking out and the cleaning people were there, they stripped the bed but did not wash or change the duvet cover. I would not want to use a duvet that anyone else used, without it being washed. Very unsanitary!!!

Great vacation...just below 5* experience

Spent a long weekend in Provincetown and it was a delight staying at this property. There was a slight hiccup with check-in that was remedied quickly by the property managers. My partner and I loved its location and walk-out beachfront views. The bed was extremely comfortable as well. My only wish is that the property did not include shampoo/soap in the bathroom (I purchased some to leave on the property for future guests) and there were only two towels available. Additionally, it was very hot in the property and there was only one wall AC unit that had to run the entire trip. If not for these couple of items, it would have been a 5-star stay! I would stay here again even knowing these items.

Wedding Anniversary

My husband and I stayed here for three nights for our first wedding anniversary. Communication with the hosts was easy, the location with direct beach access was dreamy! We loved the amenities, the amazing neighbors all around, and the quietness of this end of Commercial. Would highly recommend to others and would love to come back again!
