Front desk staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We loved the ease of parking and location of hotel as we left the car and walked everywhere easily. The outdoor jacuzzi is also a plus. The room was spacious and clean. We will definitely stay at the Hyatt Place again.

The room was cozy the bathroom was kind of outdated. The shower was not clean there was some kind of brown splatter on the shower wall, we were only there overnight and left the next morning. The garage wasn’t connected to the building but we managed to find our way.
