Some of the worst beds I've ever slept on. The hotel was nice and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, the location was good, and the price was low. That all being said, I didn't know they made beds that firm and uncomfortable. They had about as much give as some thick carpet over cement floors.

Really kinda shocked me, geeat place to stay, wasnt far from either provo, springvill3, spanish fork, amd Mapleton so it was easy to go and travel to our spots

The tub drained poorly, the shower hose on the wand shot every where. There is not daily housekeeping - you have to ask for more towels. The white bathroom towels smelled really bad, leaving us thinking they must not be using bleach. The breakfast was ok - mostly continental with waffles and hard boiled eggs. The corners of the bathroom floor had collected dirt and grime and the elevator and hallways had clumps of dirt on the carpet.

Great room , very clean...in my opinion. The beds were firm....the pillows were comfortable...To me. Cracker Barrel is a short walk away. Have stayed multiple times. Always go to cracker Barrel for breakfast. Most! People won't be disappointed. Safe side of town...you shouldn't be disappointed.
