When I arrived and checked in the young lady was on the phone. She basically ignored me until after standing there for about 5 minutes and then she said sorry, be with you when I can. When going up to my room, there were food crumbs and dirt on the stairs. When I first arrived, my toilet did not flush. I was in UT for an event, and left for approx 8 hours. When I returned, it flushed, but barely and there was still food on the stairs. That was there when I left. Breakfast was sub par. You ran out of knives and spoons and there was no one at the front desk. I will not be staying there again.

Five years and counting

We have been staying at this property every year for about 5 years when we visit our BYU student. The hotel is convenient, reasonably priced, and generally comfortable. This year, though, the hotel seems very tired. The faucet in the tub barely worked (very difficult to get the shower to work) and the knob on the closet door was hanging off. What really disappointed me was bike in the exercise room that didn't work this time. We will probably stay here again, but I really hope that they spend some money on upkeep to get these rooms back to where they used to be.

Not as advertised

The pictures and the reviews must have been written by bots. This place was gross. I wouldn't walk on the carpet without shoes. The nozzle on the tub was pushed into the wall. I tried to pull out a tissue and the whole box plus part of the wall came out. There was no fan in the bathroom which made the walls and ceiling tacky and gross. This caused the paint to bubble and peel. The walls were so thin that I could hear our neighbor breathing at night, along with her really loud sound machine and dog barking all night. When I pulled back the covers there were long black hairs on the sheets. The curtains in our room looked as if they were about to fall off the rod and the wall if we touched them. I would NOT recommend this Ramada.

The carpets in the halls were stained and the property smelled. There were piles of electronics in the parking lot. There were various items stored around the property instead of in proper storage spaces. My room had a musty possibly animal urine smell. There were two brown patches of messyness on my carpet. I am afraid it may have been fecal matter. There was also broken glass indicating that my room was not properly cleaned. I reported it to the front desk and they said they would have someone come in and clean. The beds were made up that day but the spots were still on the carpet. The room was only made up one day in the 4 nights that we stayed at the property.

Older hotel.

Our room smelled as if a smoker had been staying there for a month or better. I went out and bought a plug in air freshener. Continental breakfast was good. The gentleman was doing an incredible job keeping everything stocked and neat.
