Provo

Just needed an economical, restful night's sleep while passing through the area. Pros: Reasonable price, comfy bed, plenty of parking, easy on and off the interstate, nearby shopping and food, breakfast better than most budget hotels. Cons: Room was worn, shower worked but was oddly configured and could be an issue with mobility or balance problems. A good choice if you're on a budget and just need a place to sleep.

Nice little family getaway.

Clean, pleasant hotel close to a fair amount of shopping. Easy freeway access. This was a good stay. Sleep Inn is definitely on the list of places to stay when we need to be in the Provo area.

Need a maintenance check routine

This was our first visit and we booked a non-smoking room with a king bed for a night. Breakfast was included and there were a few tables and chairs at the small dining area. The size of the room was ok and it had a small desk with a table lamp. However the light bulb was faulty and it kept flickering so the lighting in the room was poor. The standing shower area was narrow and the bulb above the shower head was also fused so we had to shower in a dimly lit bathroom. The maintenance team /housekeeping services would definitely be required to do routine checks on the lightings as these are "visible" significant issues in the rooms. There is definitely much room of improvements for a better quality stay.

The property was slightly older and the rooms reflected the age of the facility. Very clean, however, their was a distinct smell when entering the room. The service was excellent and the complimentary breakfast was above average. The seating for breakfast was limited with a few in the breakfast area and an overflow available on the second floor.
