It took me 3 time back to the front desk to get my keys to work. Then the remote wouldn’t work, then the phone wasn’t even connected to call the front desk~ so another trip down to the front desk. There were 3 others there to check in and no one around at the front desk~ it was at least 45 mins before I gave up! What a way to run a hotel!

I wish I had know the pool was closed down. My daughter really wanted to swim and I specifically chose a hotel with a pool. Please don't list an amenity that isn't available. I would've picked a different hotel.
