The seal at the bottom of the shower door was literally lime green, it had been that long since anyone cleaned it, if ever. There was gum or something smeared on the bathroom wall. The floor was sticky and so dirty that everything was getting tracked into the beds. Ironically the beds looked nice and clean, until everything from the floor ended up there. The positive notes were that the front desk staff was friendly, and my daughter liked the breakfast.

I liked that I had a walk in shower, that the floors were not rugs but solid wood like flooring which is MUCH CLEANER. Staff was very helpful when I left my cane in my room after checking out. They went up to retrieve it for me. VERY HELPFUL!!!! Love the new Hilton Concept!

Accessible to the interstate, good shopping and several restaurants fairly close, clean. Breakfast buffet was okay compared to comparable hotels. Housekeeping did not clean the room according to their schedule.

Good experience

Hotel staff was great and accommodating. Super friendly staff and you could see how hard they work daily. Complimentary breakfast was good and plenty to choose from. Only negative would be the slow draining sink in our room. Other than that would definitely stay there again. Great location next to the highway.

The room was great. Very clean and comfortable. Im taking off a star because my friends and i stayed here after a mud run and were looking forward to a soak in the hot tub and we got in and it was barely luke warm.

Creative new approach

Easy, friendly check in experience. Very innovative approach in hotel industry. Clean with no carpets to catch hidden dirt, who friendly shower products that smell amazing! Everything in lobby to maximize community.

They were redoing the parking lot and we literally had no where to park except on this dark sketchy street then we had to walk with all our stuff super far. Breakfast was fine except the pancake maker took forever to make the pancakes. But it was okay other than that. Wasn't super amazing honestly.
