It was a fascinating time there as our truck broke down that day and we had to spend another day at the hotel. The staff was exceptionally helpful. Marissa, Jenny and Jodie could not have been more helpful.

The front desk staff were friendly, but they struggled with fulfilling specific requests like providing new bedding. It would have been better to have more experienced staff at the front desk. The rooms were not well-maintained. There were handprints on the walls and headboards, as well as stained sheets and mattresses. We would have thought about changing hotels if there were other options available nearby.

Area and Hotel was great. Didn't service our room all day and we were only there two days. Overall rating is average because this is something we are paying for in the room rate that should occur. Above average hotel does not have this problem

Okay but never again at this location

The check in was great. When we got to the room and started to wind down. The tv wasnt allowing us to watch anything, so we attempted to connect to our ps5. It wouldnt connect and wifi was not allowing us to connect. I had to use my hotspot so we could watch something. The bathroom did not have any soap or toilet paper. I requested extra towels later in the evening, but nothing came. Room service was available everyother day and if we needed it we had to request 24 hours in advance. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. It would creak and it casued a lot of back pain and soreness. It was not great. The room ac unit had issues turning on. When it did turn on it would blow cold air for 5 minutes even the temp was set to 75. The room was so cold and the blankets were not thick enough to give warmth. The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors both next door, upstairs, and downstairs. The elevators were sketchy as heck. They would grind and make loud noises and when you got to your floor it would stop and vibrate and after 10-20 seconds the it would jolt and then the doors would open. Breakfast was simple. Oatmeal was watery and runny. Juice was sour. Eggs were solid but a bit wet. The pancake machine was out. Coffee was hot and that made up for the bad oatmeal.

This was the first time I’ve stayed at Tru -it has a bit more casual vibe that I didn’t expect. I started playing a game of pool on the table in the lobby and a strange asked if I wanted to play alone or have company - led to a fun game and a new acquaintance. The bed wasn’t as comfortable as I prefer so I find sleep very soundly. But comfortable enough in this price range.

Thought it was brand new

We thought the hotel had only recently been built. It was in such good condition to find. It’s been there about seven years. The room was clean and comfortable. We got down to breakfast towards the end and found a few items were all out they did. Supply to us We Use this hotel Again

We had kids running up and down the halls knocking on our (and others) door and yelling till 10pm when another guest interrupted their fun. Then, at about 2am our heater kicked on and rattled soooooo loud I jumped out of bed thinking the building was collapsing or a freight train was entering our room! We shut it off but needless to say, was not a peaceful stay. Too bad, beautiful building but the noise and chaos totally ruined it.
