Mal servicio de un encargado

al final se quedó una persona extra y llegó un encargado y dijo que no podía estar en la habitación. altas horas de la noche. le dije que pagaría su costo extra pero se negó a aceptarlo y quería sacarla del hotel en ese momento. se me hizo un pésimo criterio, al final me enteré que sí se podía pagar una persona extra.

No volvería!

En primer lugar llegamos hora y media antes y para ingresar al cuarto que estaba disponible nos cobraban $250 2. Las toallas tenian hoyos y pedimos que nos la cambiaran. Aparte el cuarto era para 4 personas y solo pusieron toallas para 2. 3.El primer día a las 3 am aprox. Empezó a sonar el detector de humo y no había forma de llamar a recepción. Mandamos mensaje x WhatsApp y nadie respondió. Al Día siguiente Quitaron el detector. 3. Por error nuestro, escogimos un hotel sin aire acondicionado, le pedimos a la recepcionista Laura (turno de la mañana), a la cual un día antes le llamamos por teléfono y nos comentó que nos proporcionaría un aire acondicionado portátil, y la sorpresa fue que nos dio un ventilador pequeño. Al pedirle otro ventilador, Nos dijo que no había, si tomarse la molestia de buscar otro o checar si había en otros cuartos. Sin embargo, la recepcionista de nombre Vero (turno por la noche) Muy amable, fue al cuarto para checar el ventilador que nos había dado Laura y nos consiguió uno mucho mejor. La recepcionista Laura sin iniciativa para darnos una solución, nada amable.

En el reglamento se enfocan mucho e insisten en que debe uno ser cuidadoso y limpio al usar toallas, sábanas, etc, lo malo es que el hotel no es capaz de darte una habitación con sábanas limpias, toallas y superficies, la limpieza de la habitación que me asignaron muy mala, el servicio del personal fue bueno, se disculparon por el inconveniente pero definitivamente no volvería a quedarme ahí.

Las instalaciones son modernas, muy lindas visualmente pero se escucha todo lo de las otras habitaciones, cuando hablan, salen, etc. El trato de todo el personal fue muy bueno, atentos y amables. Lo que no me gustó fue que cada que sales y entras debes dejar tu llave y en la noche también la del carro.

Me pareció muy buenas las instalaciones y limpias, pero llegamos una hora y media antes, y aunque ya estaba la habitación disponible, solo podían entregarlas a las 3PM, sino, nos cobraban medio día mas, si queríamos ocuparla en el momento en que habíamos llegado. Creo que es una política bastante absurda, si no tiene ningún costo adicional el poder usar la habitación antes, pero si tiene un valor de experiencia que me hace pensar en no repetir nuevamente hospedarme en este hotel

Tuve una mala experiencia. No puedo hablar de las amenidades o limpieza del hotel, pero si de la experiencia que tuve al llegar. Iba con mi pareja a pasar el fin de semana y al mismo tiempo que veníamos llegando, llegó un grupo de tres hombres y siete mujeres; solo pude imaginarme que iban "de fiesta" y que seguramente harían ruido en el o los cuartos. Inmediatamente tomé mis cosas y me fui del hotel. Por instalaciones, review y fotografías el lugar se ve muy bien y es por esto que habíamos decidido quedarnos en él, pero no quisiera pensar que la gente lo use como hotel de paso o para ese tipo de fiestas. Quizá mi experiencia es una en un millón y espero no les suceda.
