The carpet in the aisles was dusty and dirty. The gym had very old some non working machines and dirty and dusty. There were only a few barbells not functional.

A/C did not work, called it in the first night. Nobody arrived to fix it. Next day returned late from business meetings and A/C had not been fixed by that point it was late and no fix was available.

Needs improvement but has potential

Food was good at the restaurant but slow because there are not enough servers. Room was not bery clean. Sheets and pillow cases were not clean and had stains. The rest of the hotel would be nice but couches in common area were stained and dirty. Its an easy fix - couch covers or get stains removed. The way to the rooms were not convenient. This could be a very nice hotel if it is cleaner
