Las habitación estaba en buen estado, el servicio del personal excelente, pero hace falta ventilación en las habitaciones, me tocaron días muy calurosos y en ciertos momentos era insoportable estar dentro de la habitación.

Terrible.

Es un motel, la gente solo va a tener relaciones y es bien incómodo llegar en familia aunque seamos adultos porque hasta potro tienen. Además las habitaciones no tienen ventanas, se escuchan gemidos y tienen unas luces fosforescentes toda la noche, horrible.

El hotel lo anuncian, como que esta cerca del centro para visitantes, pero realmente es un hotel de paso, no es para descansar, no es correcta la definición de solo adultos, ya que deberian de poner que es un hotel por horas, 10 el personal nocturno es amable pero el de la mañana es verdaderamente grosero y despota

El hotel está hermoso, excelente relación calidad-precio-ubicación. La única queja que tengo es con el personal del estacionamiento. Indican que es independiente y te obligan a dejar las llaves de tu auto, son prepotentes y groseros incluso estoy pensando en levantar una denuncia.

Me dió la sensación de que se trataba de un motel de paso. El personal fue generalmente amable. Al final la señorita de recepción se portó muy estricta con la hora del checkout y no nos permitió usar el elevador. Salvo esa situación al final, recibimos muy buen trato por parte del personal. La cortina del estacionamiento hacía mucho ruido en la madrugada. El costo beneficio es adecuado.

Deberían de hablar con el hotel, y que se haga responsable porque hice mi reservación que llevaba yo ocho personas de familia y a la hora tuve que buscar otro porque por más que marqué al número que aparece en su página del hotel nunca contestaron tres días estuve marcando y nunca tuve respuesta de ellos y con hotels.com tampoco me dieron solución porque me dieron un correo electrónico y tampoco me contestaron deberían de multar a esa empresa de hotel porque sinceramente no brinda servicio de ningún modo
