Perfect downtown location and excellent valet service, but the room comfort was lacking. The bathroom was clean and a good size, but the actual room was cramped with no space for bags. The beds were uncomfortable, the room wasn't very clean, and there was a bad odor. Also, carrying bags to the 3rd floor with no elevator was tough. Good for a quick sleep in a central area, but not for a long stay.

Room, while not large was very well arranged. Large shower. Clean and quiet. TV did not work, nothing solved after several requests. While not of hugh importance, would have been nice to view. Great location.

Not a large room, but arranged well. Great bathroom. Cleaning service each day.( Towels and bedding do not need to be changed if only staying two nights.) The bed was comfortable, but pillows not comfortable, too lumpy. Our tv did not work, did not seem a concern with the hotel. Great stay overall.

photos are one thing, property looks very different in person.... i reserved a room with a street view, when i giot there i got what appeared to be the maintance room... luckily they own other hotels i the same street and were able to acomodate me into something siomilar to what i booked. because of that incident i might now stay there again!

No te puedes estacionar por tu cuenta, el valet lleva el carro a un estacionamiento publico y le dejan las llaves al estacionamiento porque tienen que mover los carros.. de otra manera, está complicado estacionarse en la calle. Todos los estacionamientos de la zona son asi, de que debes dejar tus llaves, en lo personal no me da confianza. Llamé para preguntar sobre el estacionamiento antes de hacer mi check in y me comentaron que debia de hacer el check in primero para poderme explicar el tema de la estacionada, no me pudieron resolver por telefono y eso también me parecio mal gusto. Por otro lado debia dejar una credencial para que me pudieran prestar el control del aire acondicionado, hasta que lo devolvias te devolvian ti credencial, otra incomodidad. No me vuelvo a quedar en ese lugar.

El hotel está muy descuidado y el mobiliario está en mal estado. Las sabanas y toallas están desgastadísimas, viejas y percudidas. El calor se encierra terriblemente en la habitación y había polvo en diversas partes. Las almohadas son un saco de esponja. Por el costo que encontré en Expedia he estado en mejores alojamientos. Y los más de $900 que cuesta la habitación si llegas directo al hotel no lo valen. Fue un alojamiento incómodo porque además nos tocó de las ultimas habitaciones en el tercer piso y se siente abandonado. La televisión no se ve bien. Sentí alivio que solo me hospedé por una noche. Algo bueno es que está muy bien ubicado y no vi cucarachas ni chinches.

Creo que es una buena ubicación, las personas en recepción no me parecieron ser las mas cálidas para recibir a gente que viaja. La habitación estuvo limpia y agradable al igual que el ambiente del lugar, bastante tranquilo. Lo volvería a tomar como opción de hospedaje.

We hadden een kamer voor 2 nachten. Locatie was perfect vlakbij de Zocalo. Kamer erg gehorig en het bed was vreselijk hard met een viezige deken erop. 2e nacht erg warm, maar geen afstandsbediening van de airco op de kamer. Die konden we alleen krijgen met als borg ons paspoort. Na enige discussie met de receptionist mochten we 200 pesos als borg geven die we de volgende ochtend weer terugkregen.
