Its good for one night stay.

The hotel is ok overall, it was clean and comfortable. They could improve things like curtains because they only have one super thin and clear curtain and the window is to the street so they light was coming in all night, a bit noisy because of this. Unfortunately we stayed on a night of a big concert in town (not sure what kind) so all night there was drunk people knocking on their doors to get in the room but you can hear them talking and laughing.

Cheap but Puebla has much better

I was given a basic room instead a superior room as I had reserved and paid for. That meant we had a tiny double bed which was difficult to sleep in when the room was so unbearably hot. The main hotel roof is made of glass making the whole place into a greenhouse. Add to this that on the Friday and Saturday nights kids were running around screaming until midnight, it is not a great hotel for a good night's sleep. The wifi is awful, seriously unusable. The only good points were that the room was clean, there is a supermarket very close and the CAPU bus station is a 2 minute walk away.

This was an OK hotel if you want some place clean to stay the night that's conveniently located in front of the main bus terminal.

Affordable, clean, and friendly.

I just needed a place to stay for the night before headinG out for work the next day. Hotel granada was great because it's affordable, clean, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Additionally, I was surprised by how good breakfast was. Sure the hotel has and is undergoing remodeling but it felt safe and it was a great place to stay. If you can bring your own pillow because the ones at the hotel are very firm.

Muy bueno.

Muy cerca de la Capu. La zona es segura a toda hora, aun estando solitaria. El cuarto limpio, amplio y silencioso. El internet estaba un poco lento, pero funcionaba. El restaurante da servicio hasta entrada la noche y son muy atentos.
